Last updated: July 2026. This policy covers both the Azure Odyssey website (this site) and the Azure Odyssey app (at /app/), which we treat as one product.
Our website does not use cookies, tracking scripts, or third-party analytics for advertising purposes. A single lightweight beacon records anonymous page-visit counts for the business owner; it stores no personal data and cannot identify you.
If you submit the enquiry form on our Contact page, the information you provide (name, email, dates, guest count, and message) is sent directly to our charter team so we can respond to you. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties, and we retain it only as long as needed to handle your enquiry.
The Azure Odyssey app is a installable web app that runs entirely in your browser. Everything the app remembers — saved favorite yachts and itineraries, your draft booking details, and your preferences — is stored using localStorage directly on your own device.
Nothing you do inside the app is transmitted to any server, and we cannot see it. There is no account system, no cloud sync, and no analytics tracking inside the app itself. If you clear your browser data or uninstall the app, that locally-stored information is permanently deleted.
The one exception is the Book/Enquiry form inside the app: if you choose to submit it, the details you type are sent to our charter team in exactly the same way as the website's contact form, so we can reply to you.
We do not use advertising trackers, sell data to data brokers, or build behavioral profiles of visitors or app users. We do not require accounts, logins, or payment information to browse the site or use the app.
